Shannon stayed too. The three spent the night, and well into the morning, drinking and commemorating Jeff's legacy.

Matt had kept waking up every thirty minutes, having the same reoccurring dream each time.

Jeff was in his coffin, alive, screaming in terror and trying to claw his way out. He would run out of oxygen and gasp for breath, his face turning to match the blue of his hair.
Matt got up and put on his rain boots. He grabbed a poncho and went out to the shed to grab some shovels.

The ride to the graveyard seemed like it took an eternity. As he pulled up to the gate, Matt felt his heart begin to race.

He shut off the engine and got out of the car, taking his shovels with him. He pulled his hood over his head to shield his face from the wind.

He opened the gate and walked to Jeff's grave, still chewing on his lip. He wasn't sure if he was shaking from the cold or from nervousness.

As he made his way to his brother's grave, he got a large lump in his throat.
